Participatory workshop that explores the experiences of masking and unmasking, how neurodivergent individuals often hide or minimize parts of themselves to meet neurotypical expectations.
Through reflective card prompts, group conversation, and hands-on mask-making, participants engage in a creative, embodied process of reconnecting with their authentic selves.
The workshop blends collaborative play, introspection, and tactile expression to examine the roles we adopt to “fit in” and the systemic norms that shape them.
